We're looking for a Product Analyst to continuously improve, enhance, and provide recommendations around our Guide product. This person has a knack for problem-solving and deeply cares about how our chatbot will help users, thereby improving their patient experience journey.
- Design, implement and continuously improve on chatbot experience with a focus on clearly communicating information to users
- Collaborate with client stakeholders on new client launches, expansions, and ongoing improvements
- Analyze user interactions with the chatbot to identify trends and areas of improvement, and implement updates in a timely fashion
- Some client interaction through product feedback channels to improve upon user experience
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on technical projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to solve business problems and recommend decisions
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities on a regular basis
- Experience working in a support environment
- Understanding of client-side technologies ( HTML, CSS )
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts
