We're looking for a Product Analyst to continuously improve, enhance, and provide recommendations for our Guide product. This person has a knack for problem-solving and deeply cares about how our chatbot will help users, thereby improving their patient experience journey. This role will bring together data analytics with the growing and exciting areas of Machine Learning and AI Chatbot Analytics. You’ll be part of a team that’s responsible for ensuring that we build the right product for our customers and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.



  • Work with customer stakeholders to design and implement optimal user experiences by conducting research, evaluating user feedback, and implementing data-driven changes for improved performance of our chatbot
  • Design and implement conversational experiences, including process flows and site maps that will effectively communicate information to end consumers
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and customer stakeholders to implement intents and the associated training phrases, entities, contexts, and business rules that define the conversation with Guide
  • Analyze feedback, performance, and other data against KPIs to find actionable insights for our customers and recommend product improvements
  • Monitor the performance of Guide, frequently reviewing key metrics and reports, and adding additional data to improve performance



  • Ability to break down and structure complex problems into logical components 
  • Comfort manipulating and analyzing data to solve business problems and provide recommendations 
  • Extremely strong language skills with attention to detail, accuracy, grammar, and spelling 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Work at a fast pace across multiple projects, while pivoting between strategy and tactical delivery
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently and in a self-guided manner
  • Empathy for our customers and end consumers
  • Bachelor’s degree


Bonus Points 

  • Experience in healthcare
  • Experience with cognitive services (e.g. IBM Watson Conversation)
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts
