Transparently has hired Kate Madden-Jones as VP, Marketing and Communications. Madden-Jones joins Transparently from Piedmont Healthcare where she was responsible for the digital and creative strategy for the seven hospital, non-profit health system as Manager, Brand and Digital Strategy.
At Piedmont, Madden-Jones led the transformation and relaunch of Piedmont.org, as well as the implementation of Transparently’s patient review publishing solution on the brand website. “As a client I was always so impressed with the team at Transparently,” Madden-Jones commented. “Their dedication to developing the very best user experience for both the patient and platform end-user is unmatched and I look forward to being a part of their continued success.” Prior to Piedmont, Madden-Jones worked in advertising, leading successful marketing strategy and execution for healthcare and consumer brands like Galderma, Verizon, and Marriott.
Madden-Jones will be responsible for leading the Marketing and Communication strategy for the startup’s emerging brand. “I have worked with Kate as a client for over 4 years and I am excited to have her join the team,” Chief Executive Officer Mallory commented. “She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from both the healthcare system and marketing side and is an amazing addition to our leadership team.”
