Yes. Loyal’s Chatbot Scheduling integration allows patients to search, find, and directly book appointments, all with the engaging convenience of chat. Loyal integrates with EHRs and surfaces the next available appointment through open scheduling APIs.

Yes. Loyal integrates with Epic’s MyChart patient portal to further enhance the patient experience. It enhances portal navigation and enables patients to quickly & efficiently get answers to common FAQs.

Loyal’s chatbot integrates with Google’s Knowledge Graph that appears in Google search results. This enables health systems to connect with patients directly from Google, even before they’ve visited the website. It extends the reach of the chatbot, increases access for patients, and proactively pulls patients from search to the website.

Loyal leverages our own AI engine. We’ve had over 3 million healthcare conversations to date, so our AI knowledge library is expansive and continues to grow.

Yes, Loyal is white-labeled, so branding, including logos, fonts, colors, etc., are tailored to the health system’s preferences.

Not at this time. The order in which providers are loaded into Data Management impacts the order of results in the chatbot.

While we have implemented intranet chatbots in the past, currently, intranet chatbot is not part of our standard offering; it is possible, but requires scoping.

Yes, Loyal’s chatbot supports integrations with revenue tools for billing.

Potentially. Our chatbot integrates with Loyal’s CRM and Contact Center tools. However, to integrate to other CRM/Contact Center tools a scoping discussion would need to take place.

Google Business Messages (GBM) is a mobile-optimized conversational channel that combines entry points on Google Maps, Search, and elsewhere to create rich, asynchronous messaging experiences.

GBM is an extension of the Loyal chatbot – within a Google listing. It can be accessed from the listing, using the chat icon.

GBM bot profiles are totally different from Chatbot bot profiles, but they serve the same purpose – which is to customize the look and feel of the chatbot experience.

We utilize the exact same markets and dialog trees that are currently used for the chatbot. When implementing GBM, new dialog is not necessary.

Loyal’s Symptom Checker is powered by an advanced multilayer Artificial Intelligence system heavily based on statistical modeling and includes 1,500+ symptoms, 486+ lab tests, 270+ risk factors, 810+ conditions, and 20 languages versions. It helps health systems serve patients before their visit by analyzing their symptoms, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the appropriate medical services.

Once a consumer completes the Symptom Checker assessment, they will receive 1 of the 5 triage level. The customer will participate in defining the appropriate triage levels and next steps associated with each.
