You will submit your most current resume and answer a few questions, this shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes. We are committed to reviewing your resume within 10 business days from when you applied.
We use this time to get to know you and to tell you more about us. This may include a questionnaire, screening interview, or recorded video interview. The goal is to have a more holistic view of your experience, understand your motivation for exploring the role and determine alignment with our vision and values.
The interview team may include the hiring manager, colleagues, and stakeholders. The goal is to give a sense of our culture and how you might add to it and determine if we think you are a fit for the role. We will discuss your experience, the position, and our values and give you the opportunity to ask questions, too.
You may receive a take-home exercise to complete. This could be an assessment, sample project, or a remote coding exercise.
We will determine the candidate we would like to present with an offer. The recruiter will reach out to discuss the details of the offer.
After signing the offer, we will begin onboarding. A talent acquisition team member will act as your steward for this process and be available for questions.
