Loyal Introduces Experience Manager for Chatbot Clients

Loyal EM

Atlanta, GA - June 10, 2019 - Loyal, a leader in digital patient experience technology, has launched a two-way dialogue improvement tool for clients utilizing their AI-driven chatbot solution, Guide. The new tool, Experience Manager, will allow health systems to test the responses of their chatbot in a sandbox environment. There, they will be able to provide real-time feedback for improving the AI-model directly to the data scientists and machine learning engineers responsible for the training of the bot and building out dialogue. “Training is critical when it comes to chatbots and it needs to be done right,” commented Abhi Sharma, VP, Product at Loyal. “With Experience Manager, our clients are able to not only get comfortable with their bot’s responses in a safe, playground environment, but also ensure that the bot is trained using the most accurate and helpful dialogue.”

Loyal EM 2All of Loyal’s Guide clients currently have access to Experience Manager and are already enjoying the benefits. “Adding a chatbot to your website can seem like a daunting task when it comes to ensuring the bot answers accurately,” said Digital Marketing Director at Adventist HealthCare, Richard Rinaudot. “Experience Manager allows you to see exactly how the bot will respond in any given scenario and propose improvements directly to the team.” In addition to bot training, Experience Manager also improves the workflow and efficiency of the onboarding process. “With any technology implementation there is going to be some work involved on the health system’s side,” commented Brian Gresh, President of Loyal. “But our goal is to build tools within the platform that make it easy and whenever you can do that - it’s a win.”
